Write about the things you use to do, places you use to go, people you use to see.
What did you use to worry about? What did you use to expect from life? What did you use to do wrong?
Begin with the phrase “I use to…” and follow it up with a line or two about someone, something, or some habit that use to be a part of your life but isn’t anymore.
Leave out any (positive or negative) judgements, explanations or promises to yourself.
Give your work a title illustrate it if you like, and put your signature and the date on it, too.
