As the year winds to a close, recall what you have accomplished over the past 365 days. A lot. But some of it was a long time ago. You might have forgotten.
Jog your memory be looking back over the year quarter-by-quarter.
Leave room for a title at the top of the page. Draw a line an inch or so from the bottom of the page. Divide the remainder of the space into four equal parts. Label the sections Jan/Feb/Mar, Apr/May/Jun, Jul/Aug/Sept, and Oct/Nov/Dec.
Fill each of the sections with notes about what you accomplished during that time. Skip around if you like.
Some accomplishments are outward. Other people see them. You might get praise and applause when you cross the finish line.
Other accomplishments are inward, but sometimes bigger than the outward ones. You are the only one who might know about a change in habits or attitude, for instance.
When the four sections are full, comment on your year’s worth of accomplishments in the remaining space at the bottom of the page.
Give your work title. Put your signature and the date on it, too.
