What is your mind like? Nobody else’s, that’s for sure. Give some thought to the qualities of your own mind as you write a page today.
Draw a line at the top of your page where the title will go when you have filled it. Then divide the writing space into four roughly equal parts. Give 3 of the 4 parts these headings: Remember, Plan, Figure Out. Leave the fourth writing space blank.
Under the heading Remember, write a story or a description concerning your experiences of remembering. In the Plan space, tell something about your propensity to make (or not make) plans. Under Figure Out, describe one or more aspects of your problem-solving style.
In the fourth space, write about something else that occurred to you about your mind as you were writing. Or if you prefer, fill the space with doodles or drawing and take note of what your mind does when it is not searching for words to say.
Give your work a title. Write the date on it and sign it, too.
