Make an alphabetical list where each of the 26 items refers to some kind of milestone in your life.
Explosive events and major turning points are often milestones.
So are smaller things. If you have a sense of “before” and “after” about it, it’s a milestone. When you say something like, “I know that happened before 2019 because the room wasn’t painted pink yet,” painting the room pink serves as a milestone.
Write a single line about 26 different milestones in your life. Twist each description around in such a way that each one begins with a different letter of the alphabet.
