Do and Done

April 24, 2018 By Nancy Casey

Write the letters of the alphabet down the center of the page so that the page is divided into two columns. Label the left-hand column "DO." Label the right-hand column "DONE." For to each letter, write down something you have done (right-hand column) and something you have yet to do (left-hand column.) Try to find something that begins with each letter, even if you … [Read more...] about Do and Done

Just Doodle

April 15, 2018 By Nancy Casey

Fill a page with doodling.  It doesn't matter how you do it, as long as the page gets full somehow. Use one pen of one color, or choose several colors and use them all. Don't try to make your doodles "look like" anything in particular, but if they turn out to look like one thing or another, that's just fine. Fold a sheet of paper lengthwise, then crosswise, then lengthwise again, so that when you open it up the page is divided into eight squares. Draw a rectangle at the top where the title will go when you write it there at the end. Take one color and make a mark … [Read more...] about Color by Color

Spirals of Care

March 5, 2018 By Nancy Casey

On a clean sheet, draw a circle in the center that represents you. Draw each of your symbols on that sheet.  Spread them out over the page evenly.  Arrange them so that the … [Read more...] about Spirals of Care
