What do you do automatically and pretty regularly that makes you happy, or healthy, or more at peace with yourself?
Do you have a favorite habit or two? Are some habits better than others?
Pick one of your good habits and tell about it: what it is, where it came from, what’s good about it for you, etc. If there’s room on the page after that, write about some more good habits.
