Taste, touch, hearing, smell and sight are not our only senses. We hear about a “sixth sense” which is vaguely defined as information that comes from “somewhere else.” Not everyone thinks that sense is real.
Proprioception is a sense that is definitely real, however. This is the sense that tells us where our body is and how it is moving.
Interoception is another sense that we have. It tells us what is going on inside of our bodies. Write about the messages you receive from your sense of interoceoption. Think about everything from stomach rumblings to how it feels to laugh.
You might have to spend some time quietly noticing your insides. You might even have to make up words.
