Create a page about things that matter to you which doesn’t have any words on it.
On a scrap paper, list 10-20 things that are important to you.
Next to each item, draw a symbol to represent it.
On a clean sheet, draw a circle in the center that represents you.
Draw each of your symbols on that sheet. Spread them out over the page evenly. Arrange them so that the things that are physically close to you are near the center. Put symbols for things that are physically far from you near the edges.
Draw connections to show how the symbols are related. Make each connecting “line” look different.
Add color, lots of it, to the page.
When all the drawing and coloring is finished, draw a large spiral on the page that begins in the center and expands outward.
Give your work a title and write the date on it.
Throw the scrap paper away.
